Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times Standard shipping to the United States takes approximately 10–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier schedules. Free shipping is included on all orders.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
