Macro Beauty Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition with all included accessories
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@macrohealth.store with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to our specialized fulfillment center.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide return labels
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- 60% of your order total will be refunded
- The remaining 40% covers shipping, handling, and promotional costs
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Bundle Returns
For Complete Bundle orders (Macro LED Face Mask + Neck & Chest Mask + Hyaluronic Acid Serum + Smooth Skin Guide eBook):
- All physical items must be returned together to qualify for a refund
- Free gifts (serum, eBook) are considered part of the bundle and must be returned unused
- Partial bundle returns are not accepted
- The eBook download access will be revoked upon refund approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@macrohealth.store with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used masks (any device showing signs of skin contact or use)
- Opened hyaluronic acid serum
- Items damaged after delivery
- Downloaded digital products (Smooth Skin Guide eBook) once accessed
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Because our LED masks are personal-care devices that come into direct contact with the skin, returns are inspected for hygiene compliance. Masks showing visible signs of use, residue, makeup, skincare product transfer, or wear will not be accepted for refund.
