Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email right away, then a shipping email with tracking once dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Always double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. Contact us within 12 hours if you made a mistake — once dispatched, we can't redirect packages.

Not happy? We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from delivery. Contact us via our contact page with your order number. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
